Wonderful, wonderful. A fantastic gift and personal memento. An ideal grounding phrase to downregulate the nervous system to a parasympathetic state. They come individually in small bags labeled by size to ensure you receive the correct one. Mine is already on my hand, but refer to the picture. I will say the size is ever so slightly tight. Normally i find a size 7 to be barely too loose, preferring a 6.75. This size 7 is the right fit, however. Keep that in mind if you are between ring sizes and not sure whether to round up or down. The writing is just impeccable.

A great gift. Clean and while not perfectly scratch resistant, feels like it will last a lifetime.
